The Rainbow Connection a Paul Williams and Kenny Ascher creation from The Muppet Movie (trademark of Henson Associates, Inc.), was arranged for handbells in December 1980.  It is arranged for Betty's dear friends Martha Lynn and Felix Thompson and for Thomas W. Lawrence who donned himself in a Kermit costume and sang this wonderful tune while the ringers rang the arrangement.  It is a level 3 piece and makes use of mallets, thumb damping, and let vibrate.
