Infant Holy, Infant Lowly is a delicate and refined arrangement of a Polish fold melody of unknown origin. The tune became associated with the text by Edith Reed (1885-1933), an English organist who was both an author and a musician.  Betty's arrangement is impressionistic, uses mallets on suspended bells, incorporates two against three, and has changing meters.
