Holy Manna is an American folk hymn based on the pentatonic scale.  Using the key of F and in 4/4 time in the beginning, 3/2 is then utilized to augment and elongate the transition to the final return of the melody in the treble.  This piece was put to manuscript paper on May 21, 1984 one year before Betty's death. It was published posthumously by her husband, William A. Garee, through Shawnee Press.
