Forgotten Dreams is a Leroy Anderson tune and this arrangement was published posthumously by From the Top Publishers in March of 2005. The tune is accompanied by rolling bass lines that look deceivingly easy yet when an ensemble of intermediate to advanced caliber attempts to execute the score, all kinds of interesting things can happen. This arrangement makes use of the flute or other C instrument and the melody can also be played using hand chimes in lieu of a woodwind C instrument.
